RealCards Terms of Use

RealCards is an Internet based application (referred to as “application”) powered through “Facebook Inc.”(referred to as “Facebook”), operated by RealCards LLC (referred to as “us”, “our”, “we”, & “the site”) provided to you, henceforth known as “user”. By accessing, adding or using our application you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the Terms of Use detailed below.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add, delete any part of these Terms of Use at anytime without prior notice and consent. Your use of of the application after such changes have been made signifies your continued acceptance of the Terms of Use. If you refuse to any of revised Terms of Service, continued use or access of the application binds you to these Terms of Service. Its the sole responsibility of the user to review and determine if such changes have been made.

Eligibility

This site and the RealCards application are intended for anyone solely within www.facebook.com. Acceptance of the terms of service on Facebook and the applications terms of use within Facebook are required through registration, access, and use of the application. Anyone that doesn't abide by these terms is unauthorized and unlicensed to use this application and service provided through RealCards.

Site Content

Any and all content already being used by RealCards or its applications, within Facebook and the RealCards website are subject to these terms of use, including but not limited too designs, text, graphics, pictures, video, information, applications, software, music, sound and other files, and are the sole property of RealCards. Any content may not be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, scraped, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without RealCards prior written permission. Unless otherwise directly stated in the Terms of Use, any intellectual property within the site is bound by these terms.

Any user submitted content, including but not limited too designs, text, graphics, pictures, video, information, applications, software, music, sound and other files, and are the sole property of RealCards. You hereby acknowledge that you give RealCards exclusive rights to all intellectual property, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use.

You represent, warrant and agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your account or otherwise posted, transmitted, or shared by you on or through the Service will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material.

You are solely responsible for the photos, profiles (including your name, image, and likeness), messages, notes, text, information, music, video, advertisements, listings, and other content that you upload, publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on or through the service or the site, or transmit to or share with other users (collectively the "User Content"). You may not post, transmit, or share User Content on the site that you did not create or that you do not have permission to post. You understand and agree that the RealCards may, but is not obligated to, review the materials and may delete or remove (without notice) any content or User Content in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including User Content that in the sole judgment of the RealCards violates this agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users or others.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and we prohibit users from uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting within RealCards and its services any materials that violate another party's intellectual property rights.

Please refer to our Terms of Sale for the terms, conditions and policies applicable to your purchase of products or services from RealCards, LLC. By ordering products or services from RealCards through the site, you agree to be bound by and accept the Terms of Sale. The Terms of Sale are subject to change without prior notice at any time, at RealCards sole discretion. You should review the Terms of Sale each time you make a purchase.
